1. Eligibility for Returns

Items are eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase date, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • The item must have all original tags attached and be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.

Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Sale items (unless defective or damaged)
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our Customer Service team at support@bonstitch.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if eligible, provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item and send it to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Important: Please do not send your item back without a Return Authorization, as it may delay your refund.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • Rejected Refunds: If the returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria, we will notify you, and the item will be sent back to you.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color:

  • Follow the steps under “Return Process” to initiate the exchange.
  • Exchanges are only possible if the desired item is in stock.
  • If the item is unavailable, you will be offered a refund or store credit.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, as soon as the issue is confirmed.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:
